Workshop Fabrication

MEM Engineering’s fabrication workshop is a modern, purposely-designed facility, geared for the mass production of pipe spools, and secondary steel structures such as pipe supports, walkways, frameworks, handrails and the like to support the requirements of the Offshore, Onshore and Marine industries for their construction, repair and maintenance projects.

Site Fabrication, Erection & Installation

The company also carries out works away from our local fabrication facilities, undertaking site fabrications, erection and installation contracts involving piping, secondary steel, HVAC, electrical and semi-skilled works.

These works can be carried out either in temporary fabrication facilities (tented areas, container workshops, open site, etc.) or from within a client’s existing fabrication facilities, using our own plant and equipment or that of the client.

Maintenance & Refurbishment Services

MEM Engineering also offers maintenance teams to work on mechanical, electrical, structural and HVAC systems, both on and offshore. We carry out:

• Planned preventative maintenance
• General repair work
• Plant refurbishment and up-grading

Environmental Services

Part of our on and offshore maintenance work concerns servicing and upgrading HVAC systems to bring them up to current environmental operational requirements.

We can undertake full internal cleaning of ventilation air ducts, intake and exhaust filters, as well as upgrading and automation of flow control valves and fire dampers.
